What to include

Using one of the products. Tell us which product and which club, and what you were trying to do. If something went wrong on a particular screen, the web address of that screen saves us a round trip.

Setting a club up. The products are invite-only while we are getting started — say which club you are with and what you are hoping to run, and we will tell you where that stands.

Privacy, or a request about your data. Our Privacy Policy sets out what we hold and your rights over it. Clubs that need a processor agreement should read the DPA page.
