Infacta builds the tools clubs and communities actually run on — membership, bookings, fixtures, scores. Small products, each doing one job properly, each built on the same stack and the same design language.

Why we build this way

One job each. Every product does a single thing properly. Nobody should have to learn a platform to collect a subscription or book a hall.

Built around a real problem. Each service starts from one problem a club already has: who is a member, who has the floor, what the score was. We ship the answer to that, not a platform.

Built for volunteers. This work happens in the evenings, by people who did not ask for it. Everything is made to survive a committee handover.

One account across everything

The products share one identity. You have a single Infacta account, you sign in once, and your club — its members, their roles and what each person can open — is managed in one place rather than separately in every product. That shared service is Infacta Account, at id.infacta.com.

It also means a club’s name, crest and colours are entered once and inherited everywhere, and that removing someone removes them from every product at the same time.

Who we are

Infacta is a registered business name of Groupmail Ltd, an Irish company based in Strandhill, Co. Sligo, and the team behind Groupmail. Infacta is where our products for clubs and communities live.
